1. Clean up the site and mark it with a level tube or infrared level tester. Measure the horizontal high point at the construction site (with the threshold of the gate as the reference point), and then mark a horizontal line on the wall with a chalk line. Knock out the raised area beyond the reference horizontal line.
2. Site cleaning. To make the base layer firm, before the base layer, it is necessary to knock off the ground surface to the concrete layer, spray it with clean water, and then brush the ground with cement slurry. When performing this step, pay attention to whether there is water leakage to the ceiling of the downstairs floor.
3. Prepare materials. Mix cement sand in an appropriate ratio (generally 1:4 is preferred).
4. Planning before construction. Pre planning is necessary for laying and polishing quartz tiles, including decorative strips, chamfering, edge grinding, pattern shaping, and waterjet cutting, in order to save time and costs.
5. Clean the ground. Cement shavings and wood chips need to be cleaned thoroughly.
6. Strengthen adhesion. Before formally laying quartz bricks, sprinkle cement powder on the ground, inject a small amount of water to make it into cement slurry, and then use a broom or other tools to evenly distribute it, with the aim of strengthening the adhesion between the formation and the cement mortar.
7. Lay and inspect the condition of the quartz bricks eating slurry. According to the pre planned trial pasting, the area for dry cement sand cutting should not be too large, preferably one square meter. After placing the quartz brick, strike it evenly with a wooden mallet to confirm the degree of tightness between the brick and the mud. In this step, you can first confirm with a spirit level and check the slurry consumption of the quartz brick. If necessary, you can supplement the insufficient mud and sand. When performing this step, attention should be paid to whether there are color differences, warping, size and other issues with the quartz bricks. If there are any of the above problems, please stop laying and notify the supplier to come and assist in handling them.
8. Sprinkle soil paste water. Evenly sprinkle the mixed soil paste water (cement, seaweed powder, resin water, water) onto the cement sand to hydrate it.
9. Formally laid. Lay the bricks again and strike them evenly with a wooden mallet. After confirming the flatness with a spirit level, the laying is completed.
10. Cleaning of brick surface. Wipe the surface of the quartz brick with a damp sponge.
11. Fill the gaps. After the tiling is completed, it needs to undergo 24 hours of curing before filling the joints. Due to the high hardness, flatness, and small joints of quartz bricks, traditional joint filling materials made by mixing cement and stone powder are prone to detachment. To overcome the problem of joint material detachment, ultra-fine particle joint filling materials can be used for construction. The color of the joint filling material can be selected according to the color of the brick body.

After filling the joints of quartz bricks, the surface of the brick should be wiped clean with a damp sponge, and then wiped with a clean cloth after the joint filler has dried. Usually, wooden tiles can only enter the site after the tiling is completed. To avoid damage to the surface of the tiles by tools and paint, corrugated boards should be used for protection during construction.
